Transition Period: Users who decide to cancel their hosting subscription should ensure they have adequate time to transfer all necessary website files to an external destination before the subscription expires. The user has until the end of their remaining paid monthly subscription term to complete this process.

2. Data Loss Disclaimer: Designed By Ced will not be liable for any data loss, damage, or corruption of website files during or after the cancellation process. Any website files that are lost, damaged, or corrupted are not qualified for reimbursement by any means whatsoever.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure their website files are securely backed up, and that they have taken the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition to another hosting provider if they choose to cancel their subscription with Designed By Ced.
